Under a Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) contract, we take on responsibility for all your recruitment at every level, either by handling it ourselves or managing your in-house team (or both).

Once you hand the recruitment function over to us, you’re free to focus on your growth and development goals, while we provide you with people who can help you achieve them.

We’ll recruit for your senior roles ourselves, and manage the work of your chosen agency providers as they focus on filling mid-level and junior roles.
